Delete your Lessuns account

This is a courtesy translation. Only the French version is legally binding.
You can delete your Lessuns account at any time, from the app or from the website. This page explains how to do it, what happens next, what is deleted and what is kept.
From the app (iPhone and Android)
- Open the “Profile” tab.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm with your password, or with Apple or Google if you signed up with them.
From the website
- Log in on lessuns.app.
- Open your profile, then “Security” (lessuns.app/en/profile/securite).
- Click “Delete my account”, then confirm with your password. If you signed up with Apple or Google, type the word DELETE.
If you can no longer log in
Write to eric@lessuns.app from the email address linked to your account, asking for its deletion.
What happens next
- Your account becomes inaccessible right away: your profile no longer appears, neither in search nor on your public page.
- If you are a teacher, your products are no longer for sale as soon as you ask.
- Your subscriptions to teachers paid by card stop at the end of their current period.
- A subscription taken on the App Store or on Google Play does not stop with your account: cancel it in your phone settings.
- Your account is permanently deleted 30 days after your request. Until then, you can change your mind: log back in, and the deletion is cancelled.
What is deleted, and when

What is kept, and for how long
Some information is kept after the account is deleted, because the law requires it or for the security of the platform:
