3. Tools used or contemplated

Necessary technical tools of the platform and its providers.

PostHog, for audience measurement, provided by PostHog Inc., a company established in the United States. We use its European offering, with data stored in Germany, which does not rule out every transfer outside the European Union: the detail is set out in the Transfers outside the European Union article of the privacy policy. It is loaded only after consent.

Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, for audience measurement and traffic source analysis, active on the website since 21 August 2026. It is loaded only after consent. Data is processed by Google, including in the United States: the detail is set out in the Transfers outside the European Union article of the privacy policy.

Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc., for advertising measurement, retargeting and campaign optimisation, active on the website since 21 August 2026. It is loaded only after consent to the advertising category, which is separate from audience measurement: agreeing to be counted is not agreeing to be targeted. Data is processed by Meta, including in the United States: the detail is set out in the Transfers outside the European Union article of the privacy policy.

RevenueCat, Expo or SDKs necessary for the operation of purchases, subscriptions or notifications.

4. Consent management

Where consent is required, the trackers concerned are set only after the user's agreement. The user must be able to accept, refuse or change their choices as simply as possible via the consent module available on the platform.

Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent access to the main service, but may limit certain personalisation, measurement or advertising features.

5. Retention period

Consent choices and trackers are retained for periods proportionate to their purpose. The exact periods are indicated in the preference management module when the tool is active. Consent choices are renewed periodically in accordance with the applicable recommendations.

6. User settings

The user may change their choices via the cookie preferences module when available, or via the settings of their browser or device. Refusing certain trackers may limit certain non-essential features.

7. Update

This policy is updated before the activation of new analytics, advertising or consent-based trackers.
