Reporting and moderation procedure

In force - 13 August 2026

This is a courtesy translation. Only the French version is legally binding.

1. Purpose

This procedure describes how users, Teachers, Students or third parties may report content, a review, a message, a profile or behaviour, and how VAO Agency handles reports.

2. Content that may be reported

unlawful content or content suspected of being unlawful;

infringement of copyright, image rights, trademark or privacy;

a false, abusive, insulting, discriminatory or off-topic review;

a message of harassment, threat, discrimination or dangerous content;

fraud, identity theft, suspicious payment or circumvention;

material, dance service or in-person workshop presenting a serious safety risk.

3. How to report

A report may be made via the report button present in the platform or by e-mail to eric@lessuns.app. The report should ideally specify the URL or reference of the content, the reason, the supporting elements and the contact details of the reporter where necessary.

4. Processing

receipt and recording of the report;

analysis of the reported content or behaviour;

any request for additional information;

decision: retention, restriction, removal, suspension, warning or other proportionate measure;

information of the parties where necessary or legally required;

retention of elements useful for evidence, security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation.

4a. Time limit for handling objectionable content

A report concerning objectionable, abusive, hateful or manifestly unlawful content or behaviour is reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Where the report is confirmed, the content is removed and the account of its author is suspended within that same time limit.

This time limit applies to content published by users on the platform and in the mobile application: video material, reviews, messages, profiles and group exchanges. Every report triggers an immediate alert to the moderation team.

Other reports, in particular those concerning copyright, a payment dispute or a request for supporting documents, are handled within a reasonable time in view of their complexity.

Regardless of any moderation decision, a user may block another user at any time from the application as well as from the website, without waiting for the outcome of a report.

5. Possible measures

removal of a review, message, video material, workshop offer or profile;

disabling of comments, groups or features;

temporary or permanent suspension of an account;

blocking of sales or payouts in the event of risk;

reporting to the authorities where necessary;

request for proof of rights or identity.

6. Appeal

Where a moderation decision affects content, an offer, an account, a payout or a feature, the user concerned may request a review of the decision according to the terms indicated in the notification or by writing to eric@lessuns.app. They must provide the useful elements enabling VAO Agency to review the situation.

VAO Agency reviews the decision within a reasonable time and may maintain, modify or withdraw the initial measure. The possibility of appeal does not limit VAO Agency's obligations to promptly remove material or content that is manifestly unlawful, dangerous or reported by a competent authority.

7. Point of contact

The point of contact for reports, legal requests and moderation difficulties is: eric@lessuns.app.

8. Traceability

VAO Agency keeps a record of reports, moderation decisions, reasons and actions taken for a period proportionate to the purposes of security, evidence, compliance, fraud and compliance with legal obligations.

9. No general monitoring

VAO Agency does not undertake to generally monitor all materials, content or private exchanges, but may intervene in the event of a report, support, security, moderation, fraud, dispute or a legal obligation.
